This permanent position offers a unique opportunity for a B.S.W. or related professional to engage with families and streamline their access to various community programs. As the intake specialist, you will perform clinical assessments, maintain statistics, and assist in community resource navigation. Experience in evidence-based interventions will enhance your contribution to effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete client intake and clinical assessments
• Triage service requests to appropriate programs
• Create and maintain files in EMHware
• Support the implementation of the CAPA model
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure resources are available
Requirements:
• B.S.W. or related discipline required
• Registered or eligible for registration with relevant colleges
• 3-4 years of relevant clinical experience
• Familiarity with virtual service delivery methods
• Current Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check
