Post Majority Support Worker Needed

Join Kahkewistahaw First Nation as a Family Wellness Post Majority Support Worker. You will enhance the lives of youth aged 18-26 through comprehensive support across multiple dimensions.

This position is integral to developing the Family Wellness Program within Kahkewistahaw First Nation. As a Post Majority Support Worker, your primary focus will be on assisting youth and families by addressing their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs. You'll collaborate with the Family Wellness Team to create and assess programs that cater to the community's specific requirements, following all necessary policies and procedures throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic support to youth aged 18-26

• Implement and evaluate wellness initiatives

• Work with the Family Wellness Team on program development

• Adhere to Kahkewistahaw First Nation policies

• Respond to community needs through effective support

Requirements:

• Background in counseling or support roles
