Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily care and therapeutic support in a residential group
• Develop engaging activities for personal and cultural development
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere respecting every individual's uniqueness
• Collaborate with professionals to create tailored care plans
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in youth care or support
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and community issues
• Strong communication skills for youth engagement
• First Aid/CPR Level C certification required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or higher
