Part Time Support Worker Leamington

Support individuals in Leamington through consistent behavioral strategies and personal care as a part-time contract worker with Community Living Essex County.

This open, part-time contract position provides guidance and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will contribute to developing, implementing, and reviewing support plans while sharing information with staff. The work supports problem solving, identifies needs, and promotes a safe, healthy environment.

• Provide guidance and support to individuals
• Follow established protocols and behavioral support strategies consistently
• Provide personal care as required
• Contribute to support plan development, implementation, and review
• Share knowledge while assisting with problem solving

• One-year post-secondary human service diploma or degree
• Six months experience working with intellectual disabilities
• First Aid Certification
• Valid driver's license and access to an automobile
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check and automobile insurance proof
