This role involves working closely with a talented team dedicated to creating operational solutions. You’ll use your technical acumen to configure and integrate software systems, ensuring seamless functionality for clients. Root Cause Analysis and ongoing support for deployed systems will also be key parts of your responsibilities, along with limited on-call support when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions
• Configure hardware and peripherals for effective integration
• Adapt product code based on customer requirements
• Demonstrate system functionality during testing phases
• Engage in onsite visits to showcase project outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in software integration
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with SQL and programming languages like C# or Java
• Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible working hours
