In this crucial role, you will lead end-to-end quality for Agentic features, blending automation and testing strategies. You’ll collaborate with development teams to ensure a testable, stable experience and create automated tests covering UIs, APIs, and performance tests. This position is located in one of Dialpad’s Canadian offices while reporting to a QA Engineering Manager in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own quality assurance for AI-driven features and workflows
• Design automation tooling for seamless AI integration
• Elevate testing standards with advanced evaluation frameworks
• Drive significant automation coverage across critical workflows
• Report on AI quality KPIs and drive improvement efforts
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering or SDET roles
• Strong experience in Python (preferred), Java, or Java Script
• Exposure to cloud-native SaaS systems and APIs
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and probabilistic testing
• Collaborative mindset working across global teams
Lead quality engineering initiatives that significantly impact Dialpad's AI ecosystem.
