At Voleon, you will take on a full-stack role within the Fin Ops Automation Engineering team, part of our Software Platform organization. This position requires ownership of end-to-end projects that enhance reliability and efficiency of financial operations. Collaborate with financial teams to reduce inefficiencies and build automation systems essential for trade accounting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own full-stack products from data layer to user interface
• Design data pipelines and internal automation tools
• Integrate with enterprise accounting and broker data systems
• Create frameworks for data reconciliation and monitoring
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Requirements:
• 2+ years of backend or data engineering experience
• Excellent verbal communication for technical concepts
• Proven ability to develop back-end applications
• Strong project management skills with realistic timelines
• Collaborative mindset with a Computer Science degree
