In this position, you'll report to the Technical Solutions Director and act as a critical technical link between customers and the global workflow solutions team. Your main responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing consultations on welding applications, and tailoring solutions for customer needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll also assist in onboarding new clients while maintaining accurate records in CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical liaison for customer support
• Conduct evaluations and product demonstrations onsite
• Collaborate with teams to develop tailored solutions
• Develop presentations and proposals for the sales team
• Represent ESAB at trade shows and industry events
Requirements:
• 15+ years in GMAW, GTAW, FCAW welding experience
• Previous application support in the welding industry
• Strong understanding of welding processes and equipment
• Experience with robotic welding systems is a plus
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints
