At Dialpad, we are seeking a Senior SDET to champion end-to-end quality for our innovative AI Voice Agent offerings. This role involves developing automated tests across various platforms and ensuring the stability of our cutting-edge, cloud-native SaaS applications. With an emphasis on using AI to enhance testing processes, you will partner with development teams to ensure robust quality coverage in a growing AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own quality for agentic features, strategies, and workflows

• Design automation tooling for AI systems and integrations

• Maintain evaluation frameworks for response quality and accuracy

• Drive 80%+ automation coverage for critical workflows

• Integrate AI quality checks into CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering or SDET positions

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Java Script

• Experience with AI/ML systems and APIs

• Strong collaboration skills in diverse teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
