Dialpad is looking for a Senior SDET to lead the automation of testing processes for our AI Voice Agent services. This position entails creating comprehensive automated tests that span UI, APIs, and back-end services, driving quality improvements for a responsive customer service experience. Deep collaboration with engineering teams is essential to foster a culture of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end quality efforts for agentic workflows

• Develop automation tools and frameworks for testing

• Maintain metrics for system performance and quality

• Ensure 80%+ coverage on critical automation tasks

• Integrate QA checks in continuous delivery pipelines

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in software development or testing

• Proficient in Python or Java

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and SaaS

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
