We'relooking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing, collaborative team that prides itself on delivering exceptional results while having fun along the way. In this role,you'lldesign, develop, test, andmaintainscalable, modern software solutions across the full development lifecycle. Working with technologies such as Azure, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory,you'llhelp build innovative digital experiences for advisors whileleveragingautomation, APIs, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native solutions.

You'llcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, and embrace emerging technologies—including AI-powered development tools—to drive continuous innovation. Position Responsibilities:

Designs, develops, tests, delivers,maintains, and improves business applications as a member of a team, working across fullstackthrough the entire software development lifecycle.

Designs end-user interfaces, databases,APIsand server-side logic whilemaintainingboth front and back-end web applications’ components.

Applies disciplined coding practices to enable agility and delivery of high-quality code.

Applies design patterns, automation, and semantic versioning where and when available

Uses development frameworks and third-party libraries

Conducts a wide range of tests and analysis to ensure software applicationsmeetorexceedstandards, and end-user requirements.

Develops detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for system/program development.

Assistsin the development of automated test harnesses to ensure delivery of high-quality code.

Performs various investigative "Spikes" to mitigate technical uncertainty and risk.

Troubleshooterrors,helpresolve bugs, andimprovethe overall efficiency of the software.

Participates in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and disruptive digital solutions.

Creates prototype design for products with a wide range of techniques.

Completes any requireddocumentatione.g., deployment, maintenance,supportand business needs.

Understands CI/CD methods, API development,Dev Sec Ops , and database design.

Performs peer reviews of code / deliverables and analysis for continuous learning and continuous improvement.

Understand caching mechanisms and be familiar with measures to enhance system resilience. Understands how to find and reuse patterns and platforms in the organization’s ecosystem and the broader community

Strong foundationin data structures, algorithms, and OO Design with solid programming skills

Proficiencyin fundamental web technologies

Proficiencyin programming and scripting languages

Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools

Decision Authority:

Providesprofessional advice – takes a lead role of process or program execution
