Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer e-STORAGE

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design and lifecycle management of embedded Linux firmware used in battery energy storage systems (BESS). Your contributions will facilitate system coordination and integration, while you maintain a focus on secure and scalable platforms. Collaborate with peers on architecture and code reviews to continually improve system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect embedded Linux firmware for battery and inverter systems

• Create and manage Board Support Packages, including kernel configurations

• Implement subsystems communication protocols for effective control

• Interface embedded systems with EMS for seamless operation

• Conduct complex debugging for system-level issues in the field
Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in embedded Linux firmware design

• Skilled in bootloaders and root file system design

• Practical knowledge of Ethernet and custom communication protocols

• Familiarity with BMS and other subsystem firmware interfaces

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
