Senior Software Engineer

We're working with a company that provides a platform to ensure the authenticity, integrity, and quality of electronics hardware. They're partnered with major public (government) and private entities, so the impact of their products can be felt far and wide. At this point, they are looking for a high-level Senior Software Engineer with some experience leading projects and providing technical direction, to join their team.

The opportunity will be onsite, local to the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

If you’re someone who wants to deliver high level solutions on technical, architectural, and leadership fronts, then this will be an ideal fit.

• 7+ years of experience
• C#, C/C++ and/or Java programming language background
• Microservices
• PostgreSQL
• Azure

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with one major front-end framework
• Work with AI tools for code and other workflows (e.g. Claude, Copilot etc.)

Tech Breakdown

• 90% Backend development
• 10% Frontend development
