Position: Senior Quality Engineer for AI Platforms
Transform AI quality assurance as a Senior SDET. Own the automation and testing frameworks for AI-powered platforms while contributing to performance, accuracy, and UX improvements.

In this position, your focus will be developing automated tests and frameworks tailored for AI technologies. You will drive quality metrics and partner with applied AI teams to enhance response measures and test orchestration flows. This role demands strong collaboration skills and the ability to implement fast feedback cycles in CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automated testing for AI voice services

• Build frameworks for prompt flows and agent configurations

• Execute and maintain evaluation metrics for AI responses

• Drive automation coverage for critical workflows

• Participate in design reviews for testable architecture

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in SDET or software engineering

• Experience with AI/ML systems preferred

• Strong coding capabilities for automation

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
