As an AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for building AI features from start to finish, which includes designing quality assessments and maintaining production pipelines. Your experience with generative AI, and rigorous evaluation processes will be crucial. Take ownership of your work, and help drive the urgent need for innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end AI features effectively

• Evaluate and enhance model quality systematically

• Build and maintain inference pipelines powering AI

• Experiment with different models for improved accuracy

• Collaborate with teammates to facilitate project progress

Requirements:

• Experienced in Python, preferably with Django

• Background in deploying AI features and handling evaluations

• Proficient with LLMs and generative AI tools

• Understanding of retrieval-based architectures

• Acquainted with model evaluation criteria and trade-offs
