Ricoh's Global Solutions Engineering team is expanding and seeks a Software Developer to contribute to the development of scalable server-based applications. You will collaborate with global teams to implement scan-based products while focusing on high-performance and reliable solutions. This role requires knowledge of Java and various networking protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and evaluate third-party libraries
• Prepare functional specifications and detailed technical designs
• Implement applications prioritizing reliability and scalability
• Develop test cases and execute unit testing
• Maintain and support client applications
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of Java development experience
• Familiarity with HTTP, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST
• Linux/UNIX experience preferred
• Exposure to C++/C# as an asset
