Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Software Engineer to help build and deliver the applications, data tools and integrations supporting FluidAI's health systems technology initiatives. You will work across the full stack to translate clinical and operational requirements into reliable software, develop planning and analytics capabilities, and support implementation in customer environments.

Your work may include hospital planning and simulation applications, operational dashboards, integrations with electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical devices and other clinical and operational platforms, and the backend services and data pipelines that support them. You will contribute to assigned software components from requirements through testing and production deployment, with shared responsibility for code quality, data integrity, technical documentation, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with our software team under the guidance of senior technical and program leads.

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack software for healthcare applications.

Help design and build planning and simulation applications, backend services and operational dashboards.

Help build data pipelines and integrations with EHR systems, medical devices and other healthcare platforms.

Work with clinical and operational teams to clarify requirements and improve features.

Work with LLMs and AI agents as core product components.

Contribute to architecture, deployment, and infrastructure discussions.

Help maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.

Test, document and troubleshoot software and data integrations.

Qualifications

2+ years of software development experience, with demonstrated contributions to software components from requirements through production deployment within a collaborative engineering team.

Solid JavaScript or Type Script skills and experience building web interfaces with React or a comparable framework.

Backend development experience using C#/.NET, Python or Node.js, including API development and integration between services.
