As a Supervisor, you will direct the activities of a team, ensuring adherence to delivery protocols and operational standards. You will assess customer relations, train staff, and work collaboratively with union representatives to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage letter carrier performance daily
• Propose improvements for delivery routes
• Conduct regular inspections of team performance
• Enter data into corporate systems for monitoring
• Collaborate with other supervisors for coordination
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of team management experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of distribution processes is an asset
