Pay: CA $60,000.00 - CA $65,000.00 per year
About Us  Luxury Transport Inc (LTI) is a family‑run private transportation company established in 1998. We specialize in providing high‑end livery services and shuttle services in both Vancouver and Whistler. Focused on elite customer service, we provide private charter transportation for individuals, tourists, corporate groups and conferences in a wide variety of newer equipment to and from Whistler and in resort.

Additionally we handle several privately contracted shuttle services for local business parks, private companies and institutions.
Position Summary  The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day business operations, a fleet of 40+ vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, Transits and both 20‑24 seat mini buses), manage staff performance, streamline processes, and ensure company goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, results‑driven, and confident leading teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities   Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor productivity, performance, and operational efficiency
Lead, train, and support team members and department supervisors
Manage scheduling, inventory, and resource allocation
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve company objectives
Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs
Qualifications   3+ years of management or operations experience in transportation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Class 4 Unrestricted preferred
