Join Purolator's team in Kitchener, ON, as a Shipment Resolution Support Representative, specializing in logistics solutions. This role addresses delivery issues and ensures packages are prepared for redelivery in afternoon shifts.
In this vital position, you’ll work directly with customers and stakeholders to resolve shipment problems, inspect damages, and efficiently manage returns. Your ability to scan and sort freight will help maintain high service levels in a fast-paced logistics environment, making your contribution crucial to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve shipment issues by contacting customers
• Efficiently scan and sort undelivered packages
• Prepare and track packages for redelivery
• Inspect damaged freight and take appropriate actions
• Maintain shipment tracking using software tools
Requirements:
• At least 3 months in customer service roles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of operations management and logistics
• Excellent organizational capabilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
