Position: Chief Pilot for Eastern Operations
Lead and elevate our air taxi operations as Chief Pilot, overseeing a fleet of PA-31 aircraft throughout Eastern Canada and the U.S. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and extensive IFR experience.

In your position as Chief Pilot, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, Maintenance team, and company management to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. You'll supervise and mentor pilots while maintaining flight crew standards and operational discipline. This role is pivotal in supporting scheduled and charter operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor company pilots for enhanced performance

• Maintain operational discipline and flight crew standards

• Oversee training and pilot competency assessments

• Assist with operational procedures and training material

• Collaborate with Maintenance on serviceability and defects

Requirements:

• Valid Canadian ATPL and Group 1 Instrument Rating

• Multi-engine IFR command experience

• CAR 703 or CAR 704 aviation experience

• Strong knowledge of CARs, IFR procedures, and SOPs

• Ability to travel for operational support
