Join Elliott Coach Lines as a full-time AM Dispatcher in Elmira. Manage communication between drivers and stakeholders to ensure efficient school bus operations each day.

In this role, your primary focus will be to facilitate real-time communication regarding daily bus routes, planned trips, and extracurricular activities for students. You will effectively monitor driver performance, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. Your multi-tasking abilities and customer service dedication will directly impact our clients' transportation experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee driver assignments for buses

• Act as front line support for all routing issues

• Address customer service inquiries and complaints

• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations

• Assist in planning driver safety meetings and trainings

Requirements:

• Great communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in a high-volume dispatch role preferred

• Familiarity with the Waterloo Region roadways

• Willingness to share on-call responsibilities

• Must effectively learn to use a 2-way radio
