Senior Living Bus Driver

Drive residents safely for Cogir Senior Living while supporting walkers, wheelchairs, and scheduled outings. Use strong communication and compassionate interpersonal skills.

As a Bus Driver, you transport residents to scheduled locations, outings, and events in the facility vehicle. You assist residents entering and exiting, maintain relationships with residents, families, and employees, and support a better quality of life. The work includes staff meetings, in-service training, and Quality Improvement Program participation.

• Transport residents to scheduled locations, outings, and events
• Assist residents using walkers or wheelchairs
• Maintain harmonious relationships with residents and families
• Attend required training and staff meetings
• Respect Resident Rights and Responsibilities

• Valid applicable driver’s licence with clean driving record
• Ontario Class F or Class 4 licence where applicable
• Current valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
