As a Parts Coordinator at Miller, you will oversee daily operations in the stockroom, ensuring the accurate tracking and distribution of parts. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, coordinating orders, and providing counter service for parts requests. You will work Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM and contribute to continuous improvement in inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the parts stockroom
• Conduct regular cycle counts and month-end reconciliation
• Prepare requisitions and coordinate delivery of parts
• Provide timely counter service for parts requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom
Requirements:
• Experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
