Inventory Coordinator at Conestoga Meats

Take charge of maintenance inventory at Conestoga Meats as an Inventory Coordinator. Ensure accuracy in stock and support maintenance operations in a thriving pork processing environment.

As a vital part of the team, you will report to the Plant Maintenance Manager and manage inventory for approximately 12,000 items across multiple locations.

Your role focuses on maintaining accurate records, verifying incoming parts, and managing surplus inventory. Collaborating with the Maintenance Planner and Buyer, you'll ensure material availability and effective maintenance execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for stocked items

• Manage the maintenance receiving function

• Control parts availability for planned maintenance work

• Conduct daily cycle counts and stockroom audits

• Identify opportunities for inventory improvement

Requirements:

• High school completion required

• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance stock inventory

• Intermediate CMMS and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
