Become a vital part of Robertson as a Warehouse Associate in Kitchener, Ontario. This dual role involves both warehouse operations and direct customer interactions to ensure smooth service.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in picking, packing, and shipping processes while assisting walk-in customers. This hybrid position demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage inventory efficiently. You’ll handle shipments and ensure product accuracy, as well as support Account Managers with essential product information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, wrap, and label orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks while receiving materials
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory levels
• Assist customers with order inquiries and special requests
• Ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of warehouse experience
• Background in the electrical industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk frequently
• Willingness to complete forklift training
