In this essential role, you will support the daily warehouse and fulfillment activities at Surgmed Group, impacting operations at Advanced Surgi-Pharm Inc. and Batrik Medical Manufacturing Inc. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with quality systems, and assisting customer care. Your actions will help streamline inventory processes and maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare accurate customer orders

• Schedule and manage carrier pickups and shipping documents

• Maintain product traceability and report discrepancies

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

• Support production and packaging efforts as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3 years logistics or warehouse experience preferred

• Familiarity with medical device environments is a plus

• Ability to operate forklifts and lift up to 25 kg

• Knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems
