As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee vital operations that support the extensive McIlvenna Bay copper project. You will lead a team, ensure accurate inventory management, and coordinate timely material requests.
Your role will involve enforcing safety standards and improving operational procedures, contributing to the project’s sustainable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise warehouse staff with clear performance feedback
• Manage all inbound and outbound warehouse functions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and compliance
• Liaise with vendors to resolve supply chain issues
• Develop warehouse layouts and operational standards
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in logistics
• 3+ years in warehouse operations with leadership
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of safety standards in mining
