Yard Associate

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to assist with a variety of physical tasks to help keep our shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate is team-oriented
, detail-focused, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean, wash, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and rent-ready.
• Complete bin clean-outs and general yard clean-up while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are rent-ready
• Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials throughout the yard.
• Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.
• Identify and communicate equipment issues and assist with inventory and supply tracking.
• Work collaboratively with the team, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
• perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols and procedures

• Pay Range: $20–$24 per hour
