The role

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate (Equipment Processing & Inventory Control) to join our Ontario team. This is a hands‑on, physically active role focused on ensuring all equipment entering and leaving the warehouse is clean, safe, properly stored, and ready for use
. You will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of equipment and supporting both our clients and internal teams.

Schedule &

Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (typically 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • 40 hours per week

How you will spend your days:

  • Equipment Cleaning & Processing (Core Focus)
    • Clean, sanitize, and inspect all incoming and outgoing mobility equipment
    • Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards before being restocked or dispatched
    • Identify and flag any damage or maintenance needs

Inventory Organization & Restocking

  • Accurately return equipment and parts to their designated locations
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and easy-to-navigate warehouse
  • Ensure high-demand items are consistently stocked and accessible

    Physical Handling & Warehouse Flow

    • Move, lift, and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance as needed)
    • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

    Inventory Control & Accuracy

    • Support cycle counts and inventory tracking
    • Use internal systems (e.g., Navision) to maintain accurate inventory records
    • Assist in minimizing loss, damage, or misplaced items

    Team Support

    • Collaborate with Service Technicians, Sales, and Admin teams
    • Step in to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

    What you bring to the role:

    • Experience. 1+ year in a warehouse, inventory, or physically active role
