Yard Associate

Key Responsibilities   Clean, wash, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and rent-ready.
Complete bin clean-outs and general yard clean-up while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are rent-ready
Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials throughout the yard.
Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.
Identify and communicate equipment issues and assist with inventory and supply tracking.
Work collaboratively with the team, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements   Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Commitment to workplace safety protocols and procedures
