• Operating reach trucks safely to transport, stack, and retrieve hardware inventory throughout the facility.
• Fulfilling daily customer orders with precision, accuracy, and speed.
• Using Fall Protection gear safely when working at elevated warehouse heights.
• Conducting pre‑shift safety checks on reach equipment before operation.
• Assisting with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and general inventory organization.
• Partnering with team leads and supervisors to hit daily operational targets.
• Keeping work aisles clean and hazard‑free to support high safety standards.

• Proven experience safely operating a reach truck (Order Picker background is a major plus).
• An active external forklift license is preferred (hands‑on experience is key).
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your shift.
• Daily access to reliable transportation to the South Kitchener area.
• Strong dedication to workplace safety protocols and Fall Protection standards.
• Availability to work full‑time hours on a sustained, long‑term basis.
