Join National Rent-All as a reliable Yard Associate. This self-motivated role involves physical tasks and teamwork to ensure the yard operates smoothly and efficiently.

The Yard Associate will assist with essential tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining a safe, functional yard and assisting with equipment repairs and deliveries. Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory, as a willingness to learn is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, wash, inspect, and test rental equipment

• Complete bin clean-outs and maintain yard organization

• Sand, repair, and paint bins as needed

• Move, load, and organize equipment throughout the yard

• Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of shop tools and equipment

• Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license

• Willingness to adhere to workplace safety protocols
