Experienced Inventory Control Clerk

Use Excel and inventory software as an Experienced Inventory Clerk with Mountain View LP, working full-time in person at one store. Track stock accurately while supporting deliveries, reconciliation, and distribution.

Mountain View LP seeks an experienced clerk to maintain inventory records and coordinate stock distribution to other stores. The work includes receiving, physical counts, discrepancy investigation, replenishment support, and organized documentation. You will follow established procedures and complete recurring responsibilities independently.

• Check deliveries against documents and report shortages, errors, or damage
• Record incoming stock and maintain item transaction information
• Coordinate documented stock transfers to other stores
• Count inventory, reconcile records, and investigate discrepancies
• Review stock movement, levels, and trends using Excel software

• Hands-on inventory control, receiving, or reconciliation experience
• Experience using inventory management software
• Practical Excel skills with formulas, sorting, and filtering
• Strong numerical accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and communication
• Ability to follow procedures and manage recurring work independently
