Nightshift Warehouse Administrator

Manage overnight warehouse administration with WMS expertise and precise logistics documentation from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

This six-month contract supports a well-established logistics company. The Night shift Warehouse Administrator creates pick sheets, checks inventory, processes orders, and coordinates warehouse updates. The position also handles customer communication, shipping paperwork, and office administration during the night shift.

• Create pick sheets and process customer orders using WMS
• Release orders and update open order reports daily
• Verify inbound products and reconcile receiving discrepancies
• Complete BOLs and match documents to shipped orders
• Respond to inquiries and communicate clearly with warehouse teams

• One to two years of warehouse office administration experience
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
• Fluent written and spoken English
