Coordinate warehouse parts and inventory for Stanley Access Technologies in Ontario, using organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills daily.
As Warehouse Coordinator, you will support automatic-door service operations through ordering, receiving, staging, and researching parts. The position requires careful execution, time management, and communication with installers, drivers, customers, and internal contacts. SAP experience is preferred for this work.
Key Responsibilities:- Order, receive, and research parts for open service calls
- Pull, stage, and load materials for installers
- Unload and receive manufacturing facility and UPS trucks
- Process out-of-box failures, returns, and cores
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and communicate as needed
- At least one year ordering parts or receiving inventory
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- Ability to lift or carry 50 to 75 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Organizational, computer, Microsoft Office, and communication skills
