The OpportunityThis position will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance in marine construction and demolition projects through inspections, monitoring, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems for marine construction and demolition projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and potential risks; recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Support HSE and project managers in implementing quality and safety protocols.
- Monitor and verify materials, equipment, and work processes for compliance with standards.
- Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/marine engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality coordination or quality assurance in marine construction or demolition projects.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and HSE regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in quality documentation, reporting, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in challenging marine construction environments.
