Leavitt Machinery is seeking a knowledgeable Equipment Training Instructor who will engage participants through hands-on training for products such as forklifts and skid steers. The instructor will be responsible for ensuring training sessions meet the needs of diverse audiences while fostering a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on training for equipment operation

• Share expertise on various mobile equipment lines

• Foster strong customer relationships for improved training outcomes

• Work in partnership with Sales to align strategies

• Oversee and report on fleet inventory at the branch

Requirements:

• Experience with group instruction and training sessions

• Background in operating mobile equipment

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Flexible availability and willingness to travel within BC
