Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Deck Level Hazard Assessments before work
• Supervise engineering crew during routine and emergency tasks
• Ensure safety of personnel in machinery spaces
• Maintain standby plants and systems for emergencies
• Investigate incidents to improve future safety
Requirements:
• 2nd Class Marine Motor engineering certificate required
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in engine rooms
• Experience with marine diesel engines and electrical systems
