Key Responsibilities:

• Lead port engineering teams in safety and collaboration

• Oversee all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

• Direct maintenance budgets, capital projects, and improvements

• Facilitate dry-dock planning and inspections for the fleet

• Investigate and resolve equipment and system failures

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or related apprenticeship certification

• 6+ years of leadership experience in operational settings

• Marine Certificate of Competency preferred

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and reliability

• Proven track record of troubleshooting and decision-making
