Environmental Compliance Lead Project

Be the cornerstone of environmental compliance at the Kitimat Phase 2 Project. As the Environmental Compliance Lead, you will drive sustainability and regulatory excellence in construction and commissioning.

Reporting to the HSSE Manager, you will ensure that environmental programs align with project objectives while actively managing compliance and assurance efforts. With ten years of experience in the oil and gas sector, you will help oversee complex dredging projects while ensuring cooperation across various stakeholders and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance verification and documentation are thorough and accurate

• Develop and implement monitoring programs for environmental emissions

• Advise construction teams on environmental best practices

• Coordinate with consultants on environmental monitoring initiatives

• Support incident investigations and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant environmental discipline

• Over 10 years of progressive environmental experience

• Proven knowledge of British Columbia regulations and LNG projects

• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
