As a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage diverse engineering and design projects focused on sustaining capital within an active aluminum smelter. Your skills will help ensure project delivery meets established safety, budget, and quality standards. This position requires relocation to Kitimat or Terrace, enabling you to collaborate closely with operations and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver projects aligned with scope, budget, and schedule
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project life cycles
• Monitor project performance and manage risks proactively
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
• Champion Safety in Design principles and project assurance
Requirements:
• Extensive engineering and project execution experience
• Proven track record in mining sector project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
