LNG Canada seeks a dynamic Learning and Development Lead to join its leadership team. With over 10 years of experience in learning strategy design and implementation, you will guide a Learning Advisor while enhancing L&D services. This role directly contributes to our mission of connecting Canadian LNG to global markets, ensuring alignment with operational and workforce goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align L&D priorities with business objectives

• Design and implement scalable learning solutions

• Lead learning needs analysis and assurance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Adult Education, or related field

• 10+ years experience in L&D strategy development

• Strong understanding of governance and compliance

• Practical experience with project and change management

• Demonstrated capability in leading and coaching teams
