Position: Casual Security Services Officer Role
Pursue a rewarding part-time role with Northern Health as a Casual Relational Security Services Officer at Kitimat General Hospital. Ensure safety and security while following established protocols.

This position is key in maintaining the security of persons and property within the hospital. Ideal candidates will have completed basic and advanced security training, along with possessing a valid BC Security Guard License. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security protocols as per hospital guidelines

• Respond to incidents and provide support during emergencies

• Organize and manage daily security tasks effectively

• Communicate incidents and anomalies clearly to supervisors

• Use security equipment to monitor premises effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma with security training certification

• One year of relevant experience or equivalent combination

• BC Security Guard License with handcuff endorsement

• Strong capability to interact with individuals daily

• Physical ability to fulfill job duties
