Industrial Safety Officer

Securiguard Services Limited seeks an Industrial Safety Officer to ensure safety and emergency response at high-profile operations in Kitimat, BC. Work in a full-time capacity with 12-hour rotational shifts.

Ideal candidates will be dedicated to industrial safety, emergency response, and security operations. This role includes support for site-wide tasks, emergency interventions, and requires strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergencies and perform safety duties

• Conduct security patrols and manage access control

• Provide first aid and complete incident reporting

• Assist Dispatch and Call Centre operations

• Participate in diverse training programs including fire and rescue

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Security License and OFA Advanced or EMR Certification

• Class 3 or 4 Driver's License with Air Brakes

• NFPA 1001 & 1002 Certifications

• Physical fitness for outdoor work in varying weather
