• Build supportive relationships with individuals and families

• Assist individuals in developing essential life skills

• Connect clients to community resources and opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Experience working with individuals and families

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Commitment to compassion, respect, and inclusion

• Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check
