In the Individual and Family Support Worker position, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping clients thrive. You will facilitate safe family connections through Supervised Access while promoting independence for adults with developmental disabilities via Community Living BC (CLBC). Your work will focus on enhancing family relationships and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster trusting relationships with clients and families

• Encourage individual skill development and social engagement

• Organize workshops and group support sessions

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

• Participate in team planning and training sessions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Work or related field

• Proven experience in family and individual support

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

• Compassion and inclusion-oriented mindset

• Current First Aid & CPR Certification and reliable transportation
