A leading technology service provider is seeking an Onsite Desktop Support Technician to provide support to end users both onsite and via the phone. The role involves resolving technical issues, maintaining documentation, and engaging in client projects. Candidates should have 3-5 years of Help Desk support experience and familiarity with Microsoft Entra  Azure AD. Compensation ranges from $28.35 to $33.66 per hour.

The position requires onsite presence three days a week, with potential increase to five days.
