SERVER
Responsibilities- Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction; maintains proper appearance per dress code; and follows Weather vane Seafoods' service standards including the 10 Steps of Service, suggestive selling, and accurate order handling.
- Ensures prompt guest attention, proper sanitation, allergy and alcohol compliance, team service execution, and correct payment processing.
- Manages coupons and payments; communicates complaints to management; performs thorough cleaning; sets up and breaks down sections; completes assigned side-work; follows safety procedures; assists with phone and seating duties.
- Capable of working extended shifts when needed.
- A restaurant server takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning. Also known as a waiter or waitress.
