Team Leaders usually work 5/6, 8-10‑hour days, about 30‑48 hours/week, pending the operational needs of their specific store. This may include weekends & holidays. Reliable transportation & flexible availability is required.
Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence:
Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience. - Beverage and Food Preparation:
Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package donuts, and serve them promptly. - Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment. - Team
Collaboration:
Work harmoniously with fellow crew members and management to create a welcoming atmosphere. - Store Closing:
Work the team to ensure proper store closing procedures are followed to ensure the morning team is prepared for opening.

Preferably, you have previous management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurants, or similar environments.
