Team Leaders usually work 5/6, 8-10‑hour days, about 30‑48 hours/week, pending the operational needs of their specific store. This may include weekends & holidays. Reliable transportation & flexible availability is required.

• Customer Service Excellence:
  Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Beverage and Food Preparation:
  Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package donuts, and serve them promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

• Store Closing:
  Work the team to ensure proper store closing procedures are followed to ensure the morning team is prepared for opening.
